Hello CallumWaddell! Thank you for visiting our vegan cafe. We are very pleased that more and more people on the planet are actively protecting nature. Our philosophy is the same, we don't use absolutely any products from our friends-animals. The bird BIO that you saw in our cafe lives temporarily there while its new big house is being built. Prior to this, BIO lived with Indonesian captors for about 2 years in a very small cage. We fed him every day when we brought our children on the way to school. It was very sad to see his life and we decided to redeem a captive from scoundrels. Unfortunately, it is impossible to release it, since the kidnappers stole the egg still from the nest. He cannot fly and will not survive in the wild because he was born in a cage. We are considering how to find a solution for a long time already. We hope that the new large aviary will be a great home for BIO.
