Bonjour, First of all, we would like to say we are sorry to learn your unsatisfaction. We are even more sorry to discover it this way more than when we asked you if everything had gone fine when clearing your table, to what you answered to me: « You see, plates are empty !!! » We attach very much importance to customer’s feedback and ask for sincerity and honesty in people’s answers in order to keep on improving the quality of our offer. About the number of propositions in our menu, we work on a seasonal menu, 100% fresh and homemade, plus daily creations for week’s lunch. A small menu is generally a sign of freshness and handcrafting which is a good point in my opinion. About the fact that the menu is « uninspired ». To write that kind of thing and that I accept it, you would have had to try more than one item out of the thirteen on our menu. You can not judge our whole work on a single element, it’s not intellectually honest. Finally, about the prices. All our creations are, once again, 100% fresh and homemade (except the blue cheese in one of our starters, we leave that work to specialists who do it just great !!!), all of our employees are graduated professionals. All this to try and give you a whole experience of food and service. Compared to the Paris vegan restaurants which try to show that vegan food is not only based on fast-food, our price range is pretty average as it’s one of our main goals to show that a plant-based food can be beautiful, tasty AND affordable. After six months of opening, you are the first person to give us such a bad mark with two stars out of five, which seems pretty harsh to us. We hope that you do realize that creating a restaurant and keeping it open is a 24hours a day job, and that social media can both create or destroy a whole reputation, a reputation so hard to obtain, even with all the passion, the professionalism and the love that we put everyday in our work. But even if I don’t understand your behaviour and your judgement, I accept it, it will give us more strength and hunger to keep on offering the best experience we can to all of our delighted and beloved customers.
