Hi Jared, We are sorry to hear of your experience. I can assure you that all of our flavors are made onsite using only fresh ingredients. Nothing is industrial or bought. In order to offer more options to vegans, unfortunately, that means one machine is "shared" like you mention, but there is no contact between the non-dairy and dairy flavors. They are in separate hoppers, cylinders, and have separate nozzles. The staff has a list of which flavors are made on what bases, and if they are not sure a manager, would be able to answer your questions. I am sorry that they did not help you out.
