Hello. The hummus plus dish is a hummus plate served with pita and one more thing of your choice, like salad, falafel or vegan shawarma, just as it say on the menu which seems you have trouble understand what is written. If you have ordered something and got something else there is no way we refused to correct the order. Perhaps you where not clear with the staff which are local and let me remind you that you came to visit Thailand, yes you are a guest in another country, Thailand. And as the local staff did not ask you to learn Thai, I find it funny you complain about them misunderstanding your English. Luckily the 2 owners are English speaking and one of us is always there in case there is a misunderstanding, you could always approach us, but obviously didn't. About the hummus, we are making Israeli traditional hummus made with raw tahini, garlic and lemon and traditionally it is served with high quality olive oil (your oily feeling) tahini sauce, paprika, hysop and fresh pita bread that we make as well. Seems to me you have problem understanding what is the difference between cooking oil and good, high quality olive oil. Further more, you never ever put dates (sweet) on a real hummus. Our Hummus is one of the most famous and desirable on the island, infact, there are many restaurants on the Island that are buying our hummus and serving it on their menu, which you have probably had without even knowing it's green gallery hummus. And the price for the classic hummus with pita bread is 150 baht only. A very low price for a high quality dish that is, by the way, a starter and not a main dish (referring to your complaint about the size) Dear, welcome to Koh phangan, open your eyes... And if you are vegan I strongly suggest you support places that are actually doing something for YOUR cause instead of making a damage by writing a lousy review.
