Hi Jmy, It really disappoints me to hear that you had such a negative experience here with us. Since your visit, we have made some huge changes. We hired a new general manager in December and since then we have overhauled our entire menu, as well as our team - we have also added some more affordable dishes to cater for all budgets. Our operations have also changed massively; now, the food is never usually waiting more than 30 seconds before a member of our team will arrive to bring it to your table. In the rare occasion we should be so busy that our front of house team cannot make it in time, the chef will step in to make sure the food isn't waiting longer than this.
