Hi Dan, Thanks for your great review - it's a shame we couldn't hit that five-star mark with your visit. We are now 100% plant-based and organic. Since December we hired a new general manager and have a great new team who are super eager to make everyones visit a five-star experience. Our new menu launched a few weeks ago and in the coming weeks we will be launching an entirely new breakfast menu. We also have a to-go range coming out soon, so it's definitely worth returning to us this Summer! Many Thanks, Excalibur
