Hi Clare, I'm really saddened to read that this is how we used to operate. Since your last visit, we have recruited an entirely new team led by an experienced new general manager who joined us in December. We are really proud of the work our team has put in over the festive period, to raise our game tremendously - with the addition of a revised seating plan and a fresh array of plants and fresh herbs. In the next coming weeks we will be launching an entirely new breakfast menu, offering some really great value options to break the fast. We will also be launching an all new to-go range which we are very excited about. We still very much welcome furry friends and just this morning received our first batch of vegan and organic dog treats! We do still currently have a 30 minute interval whereby we do not serve any food from the kitchen - this is very common practise and simply allows for a changeover from breakfast prep to lunch. You will find this in cafes and restaurants where the food is prepared in house, it's a reassuring sign of freshness. You can still order from our huge range of desserts during this changeover period, this includes both baked and raw delights - we also run our entire drinks menu during this time as well.
