I am so sorry you were disappointed. Please tell me what you ordered. Due to our local market, we are not exclusively vegan, and make no claim to be. Most places are 95% carnivore and with a few vegan and vegetarian options--our aim is to be the opposite--we have something for everyone, but focus on real food, with awesome flavor profiles, that happens to be healthy and plant-based. Due to the small size of our dining area, we are geared primarily towards takeout, so I understand the subway comparison. However, we have nearly infinite vegan options (out of 42 items on our create-your-own bar, 36 are vegan), especially when you include the salads in our grab and go case and take-home soups which are almost all vegan. I hope you'll try us again and bring this review to my attention when you come. Thank you. Greg
