Hi, As I said in my response to your review on Google Map, I feel so disappointed too. But this is not the first time we experienced this problem. The beer sometime leaked somehow and we have never known except tasting it. Saigon Red is our local beer, our proudness. We have never tried to produce anything that we can make it by our people. Once again, I'm sorry for the problem. With all regrets! Richard
