We are really sorry to hear about your experience, our cakes are very popular and we always receive great feedback on them - not sure what went wrong with your cakes but we will make sure to check them carefully. We genuinely appreciate constructive feedback as we always want to improve our offering. It would have been great if you would have communicated this to us at the cafe, that would have been given us the chance to offer you another cake and most of all of understating what went wrong with your treats. Sorry to say this but the word horrible is a very strong word and it shouldn't be used lightly.
