Went in again several times this year. Last time I was told the corn that is mixed into rice is NOT fried in butter but the corn put on salads and tostadas IS fried in butter. My friend ordered a vegan salad and it came with the corn on it. Just ask lots of questions or ask for a manager when ordering. If you care, the chips are fried in a mixed fryer.
