Hey MeggieVeggie, Thank you for describing the goodness that is our Vegan Caprese Sandwich! I'll give a lil' more detail for our dear readers: vegan mozzarella (made with local cashews and cultured soy milk), fresh & marinated sundried tomatoes, sweet basil pesto on freshly baked ciabatta bread.
