Hi there, We are sorry you felt this way about your experience We feel the need to clarify your review for readers as we pride ourselves on our dietary friendly menu, especially to vegans. We can provide every single drink dairy free (and there's over 30 of them!), at no extra cost, which means we absorb the extra costs on non dairy milks and other ingredients so nobody misses out! Hurray for no extra charges for dietary requirements! We even have a great organic vegan protein, vegan whipped cream, and house made vegan icecream on hand for all the goodies! Unfortunately we cannot replace mis-ordered products after they are already made - our smoothies are made fresh to order from premium ingredients: fruits, housemade nut butters, organic superfoods and protein, we are a small family business just trying to provide great value healthy and dietary friendly options to Hobart. So in this we just ask that customers take responsibility for any disclosing dietary requirements However, we make sure every single item on our menu is coded with relevant dietary information in the heading, including that DF is optional (all vegan options are coded with a V for easy identification) and we also have a sign at the front counter as a last minute reminder asking customers to let our staff know if they need a drink dairy free. We take this very, very seriously! We highlight any relevant dietary changes to the product and it is double checked before leaving the kitchen.
