Hello, thank you for your visit and review. First: we definitely dont use instant coffee, we use only organic and fair trade company Miscela D'Oro. Second: we ask our customer twice if everything is ok (first when you are eating, second time when you are paying), if its not ok we can immediately change you order or cancel, that why we always our customers. We have a policy that everybody must be happy. But you said: everything was fine. Third: our coffee is even cheaper than Starbucks....
