We actually have been trying to steer away from "mock meats" in the traditional definition of the word. We are cooking everything in-house from organic whole food ingredients. So the burger patty for example is made of 4 different mushrooms, beans, herbs and spices with our own little hands?We try to avoid processed soy as much as possible as these products contain chemical residue from the processing itself that accumulates in your cells.
