Check the yelp reviews on the place you are so adamantly defending and you might see a common thread since the last 7-8 years about 'poor customer service'. My incident was all over the phone after I was just disgusted by how cheap people can behave and cancelled the order. You'll see stories of folks that have dined in only to be met with rude customer service. They can't all be 'off days', can they? Look who sets the precedent) . Happy that I dodged a huge bullet and will not be patronizing the business of a man that beats people with a metal pipe!
