Definitely not the owner, but just a consistent customer that orders the vegan sofa king every time I go. I've also worked in customer service my entire professional career. I put in my two cents because you came off as less than forgiving and Pizza Lounge has earned better than that. People have off days, and maybe the customer service wasn't great by your standards.
