Wow lots of judgement in there. You're probably the owner, since you know that I ordered the Vegan Sofa King when my initial review didn't reveal what I ordered. In which case, I would get your head out of your a$$ and invest a little bit in customer service. One time I ordered I remember your rep on the phone was pretty short with me and I let that go. I'm a lifelong vegetarian and vegan for over 5 of those years and counting. I know how much one ounce of cheese costs retail, and wholesale is even cheaper. What i should add here is that your rep did not even offer the option for me to purchase the second teeny tiny container of cheese. It was just straight up 'no' with a long tirade about how you're cracking down on other employees that are nice to customers. If she had said, we are selling the second one at X amount starting this week (sorry it was free in the past) that would have been way more accommodating and professional. Secondly, there is always an option to increase pizza prices by 50 cents if it's that much of a loss of margin to provide one extra container when someone is buying the larger size and spending like $6 more than they would have on the regular. And why do I need to know you are cracking down on those awful other employees who have given away an extra 1 oz container of cheese. So unprofessional. Maybe I've just lived in cities where vegan restaurants are held to such a high standard by everyone that they've hardly ever left room for disappointment. Maybe Dallas doesn't have that many options and they let poor customer service slide. I wouldn't know I'm just here short term. Anyway, good luck surviving with that awful attitude.
