Anyone regularly buying Vegan products at the grocery store or in a restaurant can sympathize with the cost of "mock" products. I go to Pizza Lounge all the time, and I can't thank them enough for making vegan options that are truly *options*. Not just a sad side salad or plain fries. It's insensitive to ding them for explaining that there's a cost of doing business, especially when they're more vegan friendly than 99% of pizza restaurants. Lucky us to have them so close by and so willing to include the parm with the cost of the pizza. By itself, the Vegan Sofa King would far exceed $25 if you made it at home. Pizza Lounge is a great place, so maybe put your privilege aside and commend them for going the extra mile for vegans.
