I am the owner of this restaurant. We are not fine dining and that is not and never has been our goal. We are not rundown or filthy. It was extremely busy the week you visited us and we had a tough time clearing tables. The issues you brought up are cosmetic and do not relate to food safety whatsoever. Your description was greatly exaggerated. We maintain an A. rating with the health department and follow every single statute to a T. Again I want to emphasize your concerns are cosmetic and do not affect food safety or food preparation. Our greatest care, concern, and passion is the best vegan food possible and food safety. A blemish on the wall does not have any bearing on food safety or quality of the end product.
