It's a shame you seem to have had such an "unpleasant" experience in our café. I was actually in hospital on this day and very few customers were in that day as I spoke with my staff about the day later on. We are very proud to sell Linda McCartney burgers and have never had any complaints before. I find it hard to imagine floppy chips or under cooked toasties? We don't claim to be Michelin star chefs but we do all know how to cook chips. We can only apologise if you had this bad experience. We would have happily refunded you or cooked you another meal if you had informed us. Please do come back so we can reimburse you. I feel we know who you are anyway. Warm regards.
