Thank you Bennz, I am very happy you enjoyed the burger and it brought back memories. That's why we designed it. I agree with you, Thai food in Thailand is very cheap, specially the street food, they can do that due to low quality / cheap ingredients (99% palm oil), no rent and no staff. Western food for most part is 2-3x times the price here as the ingredients are hard to source and Thailand does not go easy on taxation when it comes to imports. We are trying to use as best ingredients as possible (including black truffles for the burger for example), always organic, no known cancerogens etc. Also we use recyclable, recycled and compostable packing materials that adds to the price, with zero land-fill waste output. This all adds up and our margins are actually very reasonable for the quality we provide. Hope this explains it a little :) PS. We do offer daily happy hours on every weekday 3pm - 4.59pm where entire menu is -20% including the milkshakes :)
