It's always interesting to read comments from a local competitor. It is well know on the island that Olesya has a prejudice against restaurants that serve a mixture of vegan and vegetarian items. Our menu is 90 % vegan, and 10 % vegetarian. We offer the choice of a vegan burger and a vegetarian burger (the bun has been made with whey - a milk protein, but the rest of the dish is 100% vegan). The distinction is clearly mentioned in the menu with symbols. Complaining about 'no service' is unfair, as it is clearly mentioned on table stands and on every page of the menu one should place its order at the counter (just like in Starbucks). Once ready the order will be brought to the table. We are grateful for Olesya's comment that our food looks great: we use only the freshest ingredients and try to get locally sourced vegetables, that' s why the colours are so vibrant. We work hard to make sure the presentation of every dish is on point. This improves the guests' tasting experience and appreciation of used ingredients, but unfortunately not in this case. We do hope that Olesya will give us another chance and that her future visit will better meet our standards of excellence. The Wild Tribe Team
