Hello Eszter, We are sorry about the salad, uncooked pasta are not a pleasant thing to eat. Can you please send me your Bank Identifier Code ? I will organize a refund. About the lukewarm matcha Latte, this is not normal of course... If it happens next time, please ask for a new one. Usually, we have an alternative of non-sugary pastries : raw cakes with agave syrup (chocolate raw cake at this moment). But it is not our main thing. There is 1 choice of raw cake and maybe they were all sold when you came. We apologize for your bad experience, Olivier
