Hi Cara, This is Valerie. I remember my sister & I meeting you & Brent this weekend at the Vegan Outreach luncheon. I just now looked at your review & immediately realized who you were from your profile picture also, how can I forget the lovely rooster picture you showed us from your phone!) How interesting that I happened to visit our business page just days after meeting you? Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to review our cafe. We sincerely appreciate the time anyone takes to review us 3. It means a lot to us as a small, family-run business. Just to clarify on the name of the cafe: We named ourselves Backbone Cafe after my partner (the cafe owner & creator) broke his back at Burning Man 2 years ago. He had such a long road to recovery & it was during this time that we decided upon the name "Backbone Cafe". We do not mean it to be any reference to animal body parts though... just our own human anatomy! :-P. It was so wonderful meeting you this weekend.
