He is the best chef we have ever worked with and we are very glad that we have such capacity. Yes, we are proud that we have the best team both in the kitchen and in the service area. Yes, we are proud that we do not treat anyone badly. Yes, we are proud that we inform everybody in which food is prepared with honey. Yes, we are proud that we do not say any bad words of our competitors (especially not from those who are in a 2 minute walk). Yes, we are proud that we are not hiding behind a nickname and hurt other's businesses and write comments in English while being Hungarian....What we are mostly proud of is that a significant part of our guests are carnivors (meat eaters) and they come often back to us. Our real mission is to provide cruelty free option to people, to let them try vegan options and make them satisfied with the quality of the vegetarian/vegan food. We, the owners of Matrjoska Kroshka, were not born vegetarian. The owner you met, closed a famous and successful meat offering restaurant, Matrjoska, because she became vegetarian less than 2 years ago. We all progress in our lives.
