Hi thundermum, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and we're so glad you enjoyed the poutine! Our focus is on serving strictly comfort food as opposed to healthy food, but if we're able to expand into a bigger truck (with more storage space) or into a restaurant, the Chef is full of ideas for some great healthy options.
