Hello, br /> I am the owner of Supernova vegan. I just discovered this review and I am devastated and shocked to discover that you ever had any issue at all getting water from our cart! During the hot months we do keep water inside the fridge and so sometimes you do have to ask but we would never take issue with that or get “angry”. I would really like to believe that this was a misunderstanding. If that was your experience it certainly wasn’t me and if I knew who it was, it would be very seriously addressed immediately. br /> In addition, we do cut our fresh organic vegetables by hand and nowhere on our menu do we call our sandwiches healthy or claim to be a health food establishment. I’m not sure where the “healthy” reference comes from. br /> Being vegan or plant based in no way requires or suggests a menu is healthy. Being vegan is something unique for everyone. Vegans deserve to eat comfort food just like anyone else. If you are attempting to avoid carbs we are more than happy to accommodate with other options.
