Are you sure you got sick from the Loving Hut food? I have eaten there several times and met the owners. I very much doubt that they would take any shortcuts with food, as (like all Loving Hut staff) they are themselves vegan and operate to the highest ethical standards in every aspect of their restaurants. Also, it's very difficult for vegan food from a vegan kitchen to make someone sick, since it's usually when vegan food (especially tofu) carries bacteria from meat (especially chicken), such as if they are chopped on the same board or with the same utensils, which is of course commonplace at non-veg restaurants. But that definitely won't happen at any Loving Hut in the world, as the staff are all vegan themselves. It's one thing I like about Loving Huts, and this is definitely a real Loving Hut. Are you sure it couldn't be from another place? I wonder if you ate at a non-veg place earlier in the day, and it might have just taken time for it to (unfortunately) make you sick?
