Hi Rei, Thank you for your thoughtful and well written review. We are so happy to have someone appreciate what we are doing!!! We now have vegan cheese, and it taste pretty good. Before we couldn't find any we like. So, now one can get nachos, pita sandwich and the chili and brown rice with vegan cheese. We do need to charge a little extra because of the cost of the cheese.
