Dear hawaiivegan, Thank you for acknowledging our vegan concept and for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry that the food quality and service did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the tacos, omelet, and incorrect juice order. We take your comments about our team’s attentiveness seriously and will share them with our Food & Beverage team to improve both food consistency and guest service. Regarding the 10% service charge and 7% VAT, these are applied in accordance with our restaurant’s billing policy.
