Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that our food was so far from your personal taste, particularly after you came to us with such high expectations. Our concept is built around reinterpreting Portuguese dishes and flavours through an entirely plant based approach. The components of our dishes, including the “egg”, sauces and alternatives to meat and fish, are developed and prepared specifically for our menu. We understand that these interpretations will not resonate with everyone, but we’re sorry that none of them worked for you. We will certainly take your comments regarding the balance of acidity, oil and flavours into consideration and share them with our kitchen team.
