Hello. To clarify the facts, our kitchen closes (last order) at 21:00, and our CCTV and staff records show you arrived at 21:30, while our staff were already cleaning and closing down the kitchen. Had you arrived at 21:00 as you claimed, we would have happily taken your order. However, demanding that we prepare food 30 minutes after the kitchen is closed is not acceptable. We regret the confrontation that occurred, but we kindly ask that our operating hours and staff are respected.
