Thanks for the feedback. A number of the items you mentioned were ordered for takeout, and fried foods, waffles, biscuits, dressed salads, etc. are naturally going to change pretty quickly once they’re sitting and steaming in a closed takeout container. That doesn’t mean we ignore the feedback.. if something was improperly prepared or you received an excessive amount of dressing, that’s something we absolutely want to address. We’d be more than happy to remake any of these items for you and have you try them fresh, in-house, the way they’re intended to be served. And if Fiction Kitchen is ultimately more your style, which doesn't hurt our feelings at all, definitely go enjoy them! They’re a completely different concept than we are, but we have nothing but love for them and the Raleigh vegan community. There’s plenty of room for all of us. :)
