Dear AbiM, Thank you for your feedback, we always like to know our Guests opinions so that we know what we can do to improve. Your feedback motivares us and is an oportunity of improvement. Regarding your feedback on dinner time, I just wanted to Clarify something, we do not serve dinners as you may observe on our restaurant description, and we are not a Vegan restaurant, but we always have vegan options. Even so when we are asked to, as long as we can, we certainly serve dinner, but on the day you came to our restaurant do have dinner, (fortunately for us, we had had a very busy lunchtime) I could not do for you or any other Guest something from scratch because we were unprepared and with no indication that would be dinners to serve (excluding the dinner take outs that were already reserved in advance) so, to keep the standard we prefer not to serve instead of serving “something”, for that situations and to prevent any unconvenients, if Guests wish for dinner, they should advise us in advance and we will be more than happy to provide what we are asked to, that’s what we ask all our Guests. About the restaurant is empty at the time you were there, we are sorry you caught it like that. Hope if you visit Madeira again you give us another chance. Kind regards, Ana Lacerda
