HappyCow review guidelines say: "Reviews must be based on firsthand experience". As you clearly and repeatedly state, your review is not based on the food itself or your firsthand experience, but rather on other reviewers on Google. Educating folks about non-vegan ingredients is fine, but doing so in one-star restaurant reviews _where you aren't actually reviewing the restaurant itself_ is not the correct place to do it, according to HappyCow's own guidelines. HappyCow. was a website and _community_ for long before apps existed. It relies on all of us to submit listings, updates, and reviews and to make a good faith effort to follow the guidelines. Your review does not. Please remove it.
