Hi, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. They keep trying new recipes and sometimes it can be 2 steps forward and 1 back. However, they will always try to accommodate your requests (for example by adding more sauce or vegetables) if you tell them you're not happy with your meal. Highland Natural is the only vegan cafe in the entire country and they really try to do their best. As you saw, they're doing a great work promoting a healthy vegan diet among locals, which is a great achievement in a country where NCDs are unfortunately very common. I feel they deserve more than 2 stars ?
