Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, and I'm sorry the ending didn't match the great start you described. I'd love to explain what happened, since it's actually a simple physical reaction rather than a quality issue. Our chia pudding is made with natural coconut milk, which has a much lower freezing point sensitivity than water-based ingredients — when it comes into direct contact with the frozen açaí, it solidifies almost instantly on the surface it touches. That's why it can taste "frozen" and muted right where it meets the açaí layer: the extreme cold temporarily masks its natural flavor, which normally comes through once it sits for a moment and softens slightly. As for the bowl melting toward the end, that's simply the nature of a frozen product in a warm climate — with the heat we get here in Sardegna, any frozen dessert, açaí included, will start softening faster than it would somewhere cooler. It's the same reason ice cream melts on a hot day; it's not a sign of anything being wrong with the product, just physics working against us a little in summer. That said, I completely understand that this affected your enjoyment of the bowl, and I appreciate you telling us — it helps us think about ways to serve it (like slightly adjusting the chia's placement or timing) so the experience feels more consistent even on hot days. We'd genuinely love the chance to have you try it again.
