We understand that our pricing won't be for everyone. We choose to work with exceptional ingredients that are grown as locally and sustainably as possible, including our Lion's Mane mushrooms from Amsterdam Noord. That does make our ingredients more costly today, but we believe supporting local producers is the right direction and will help make this way of farming and cooking more accessible over time.
