Hi Fellow Vegan! The veggie sandwich you have in your picture has been on the menu since 2016 and the bread is vegan. In fact its the only bread (Rosemary Focaccia) that is verified vegan. I am happy you came in and gave it a try. We also have waffles and have had those since day 1. Our gf waffles are also vegan. We have updated our menus and are offering a lot more vegan options like cookies, mini bundt cakes, açaí bowls.
