Hi there! Maple Ave Restaurant's chef and co-owner here. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your visit was disappointing. Maple Ave is a prix fixe restaurant for both brunch and dinner. While we are not a vegan restaurant, our goal is to accommodate everyone, so we do offer separate, fully vegan prix fixe menus for both services. To ensure we're 100% prepared and to minimize food waste, we ask vegan guests to let us know when making a reservation so we can be ready. That said, we accommodate vegan walk-in guests as well. Since the vegan menu is separate from our standard menu, guests simply need to let their server know they'd like to see the vegan menu. Our only server is also one of the owners and is very familiar with every dish we serve, and he's always happy to answer questions and guide guests through the available options.
