Dear Andala, Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review and for the lovely photos! Your feedback is completely justified. Unfortunately, something went wrong behind the scenes that Saturday. It was our new student employee's very first day on the job. Due to the hectic pace of the exceptional busy service, the order for your meal unfortunately didn't reach the kitchen correctly. This is certainly not the level of service we strive for, and we are truly sorry that you had to wait so long. We are glad we could make up for it a little with the water, desserts and coffee, and we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the food and the homemade magnum so much. We will certainly pass on your tip regarding the seasoning of the daily special to our kitchen team (that's me :D). We hope to welcome you back in the future for a flawless (and faster!) experience!
