That depends on the experience. And going from having an awesome experience to the one I experienced afterwards, was definitely something that caused me to not return to the cafe - a service charge fee of 15% that I was not informed of!?! - a bug crawling on the wall?!? - a cold, stale bagel?!? - they forgot to bring my iced coffee?!? Yes, that certainly DID cancel out the good one.
