Sorry you feel that The Capercaillie is "bizarre", we are a coffee house, not a restaurant and so any food on offer has to be easy to both heat and store - hence no salads as it would mean continually leaving the cafe to go to the kitchen (which is occupied by another chef) It's a shame you felt that way but you can't please all the people all of the time I guess ^_^ The family with the St Bernard have been highly recommending us to their friends and family so I'm delighted
