Dear Sal, so happy to read you loved Seashells - please note that while we are not open until the end of the week, we do have our bestsellers and a pop up menu at the Captain's Bar and Terrace of the hotel so you can enjoy your favourites while soaking up the stunning views from St Raphael Resort. If any of your favourites are not in the pop up menu just ask and the chef will be more than happy to accommodate whatever is possible. Every year the exact dates changes due to weather and other factors, however all our other outdoor restaurants are now open and all have at least 30% vegan options.
