We took reviews like yours very seriously, and we completed a major menu renewal in February 2026 to ensure that guests of all dietary styles can fully enjoy their dining experience with us! Moving far beyond basic toppings, our upgraded vegan menu now allows guests to choose their favorite ingredients from a selection of 16 different sushi toppings, plus about 10 additional a la carte dishes—including our highly popular Vegan Gyoza and a crispy Vegan Tendon made with a special rice flour and cornstarch batter. Our tea activity has also evolved into an authentic, traditional Japanese tea ceremony. As we sometimes have large group bookings, we recommend making a reservation in advance so we can seat and guide you smoothly. We have truly transformed our menu to deliver a dining experience that is both fun and genuinely delicious.
