Sorry Myriam that a member of my staff was rude to you. I’m here 7days a week from open to close. (1) I wish you would have given me the opportunity to address it with you in person. (2) syrup was spilled on your omelette and never addressed. Again, I wish you had given me an opportunity to address it with you and have it corrected. My apologies. (3) the waffles taste like pancakes?? They are of similar batter used. I’m not sure how or what you expected them to taste like. (4). Big Mike’s has been one of the premier made from scratch, preservative free vegan and gluten free restaurant. We have never proclaimed, advertised or stated we are a 100 percent vegan facility. We offer of 25 Vegan menu items and we are marketed as a 100 percent dedicated gluten free and vegan facility with 0 chance of cross contamination. I’m sorry your visit was not up to your standards.
