Good morning, we are truly happy to hear you enjoyed our ice cream. We make everything ourselves from scratch and only use quality and mainly biological ingredients. We do not use colourants or flavour enhancers. One scoop is 100 grams and you can divide that scoop into 2 flavours if you wish. We believe that 3.9 euro for a fully homemade, artisanal, large scoop of ice cream is a very fair price. When you eat on-site, you have to pay a little bit more as we have to apply higher taxes and costs. Unfortunately, we do not decide on these taxes and costs ; we only apply the Belgian laws😄 Warm regards and we very much look forward to welcoming you back, the IceLab team.
