We use high-quality plant-based and gluten-free ingredients, which are essential to create the kind of pastries we aim for. A large part of the cost also reflects the time and care our team puts into each dessert with fair staff wages, and of course the realities of running a small business in central London like rent, utilities, and taxes. We do understand that our prices may be higher than some, but it’s because we focus on offering something special for vegan and gf community and more of a special treat. So we truly appreciate you choosing to visit us! 💖 I also noticed your comment about decaf coffee - I’m really sorry it wasn’t available on the day of your visit. We do offer a lovely decaf option and have it available almost every day, but it seems we may have run out on your visit (it can happen if we get unexpectedly busy or miss a reorder, my apologies! 🤭) Thanks again for stopping by, it means a lot to us 💖
