Balino Café has deleted their comment in which they said they serve milk because it's hard to run a vegan business in Sevilla, and when they started out, people would walk out if there was no cow's milk. Well...if they walk out if you don't serve bee's honey, will you serve bee's honey? Will you serve beef if they're upset there's no beef? Where does it stop? There's a reason the label vegan has a definition. It's difficult in all of Europe to run a vegan business, but in Seville, Veganitessen seems to be sold out, full tables every day, and they don't serve cow's milk.
